We love oatmeal cookies!

Oatmeal cookies are quick to make and very tasty. Because they are so easy to make, they are the perfect pastime for #backenmitkindern.

Preparation: Mix butter, sugar, vanilla and egg. Add baking powder, salt, oatmeal and flour. On a baking tray lined with baking paper, lay out walnut-sized circles spaced apart and bake for 12-15 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let cool directly on the tray.

If you don't pay attention, the first cookies disappear directly from the baking sheet. Judy wasn't!

Ingredients: 200g oatmeal, 100g flour, 150g butter, 1 egg, 150g cane sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla paste or the pulp from a half vanilla bean, 1 pinch of salt
