Vanilla butter cake is quick to make and super delicious!

Recipe:
For the dough:

• 3 Owner
• 1 cup of sour cream
• 2 cups of sugar
• 1 packet of baking powder
• Vanilla pulp from a vanilla bean
• 3 cups of flour

For the topping:

• 200 grams of flaked almonds
• 4 tablespoons of milk
• 150 grams of butter
• 1 cup of cane sugar

Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Stir in the other ingredients and spread on the baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt butter with sugar and milk. Stir in flaked almonds. Spread the toppings on the cake and cook for another 10 min. weiterbacken. Finished. Delicious!
