Blueberry Muffins with Bourbon Vanilla

Our dream couple: blueberry muffins with Vaynilla Bourbon vanilla and Bos Cheri tea! Greetings from paradise. For this you need:

250g wheat flour
150g cane sugar
100g melted butter/ 80ml rapeseed oil
1 No
250ml buttermilk
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1/2 TL Sodium
1/2 TL Vaynilla Bourbon Vanilla Powder
250g fresh blueberries

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat (180 degrees fan oven). Mix the melted butter or oil with the egg and buttermilk in a bowl until creamy. Mix the sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla powder and baking soda in a second bowl and gradually stir into the egg and buttermilk mixture. Gently fold in the blueberries.

Line a muffin tin with small paper cups. Fill the paper cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake the muffins in the middle of the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack and enjoy with a cup of Bois Cheri tea from Mauritius.
